5. PURCHASE
OF PRODUCTS
To execute
your orders through our online store it is sufficient to simply navigate
through our categories and select the products you are interested in. Then add
them to your online shopping cart and finally complete your order by providing
your personal details, delivery address and payment method.

information provided in the online store dikelas.gr, as regards the identity of
the store, the owner Kyriakos Dikelas and the transactions provided through the
online store.

store dikelas.gr makes every effort to provide high quality services. However,
and in the context of good faith, it is not responsible and is not bound by
entries of electronic data that were made by error / error in common experience
and is entitled to correct them whenever it becomes aware of their existence.

SUPPLIER'S LIABILITY AND GUARANTEE.
PRODUCT
WARRANTY:
The
warranty is valid from the original date of purchase of the product and if it
has been purchased from the online store dikelas.gr. For the purpose of
verifying the date of purchase, it is necessary to keep the purchase receipt,
where the date of purchase is explicitly indicated.
Damages
caused by the following causes are not covered by the warranty: Incorrect
assembly, improper use or storage and incorrect or careless handling, use other
than that intended for the object or equipment in question, lack of
cleanliness, scratches/blows or any other type of accident, repairs not carried
out in the indicated manner and use of non-genuine spare parts, normal wear and
tear, chemical or physical effects on the surfaces of the products, failure to
observe the manufacturer's instructions for use as indicated on the packaging.
If a defect
of a product or component of a product or component is detected by a qualified
employee of the online store, the online store dikelas.gr will proceed to the
correction or repair of the problem. If it is necessary, the defective part
and/or the entire product can be replaced. If the defective product no longer

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can
cancel an order you have placed at any time if you have not received it and it

8. SHIPPING
METHODS
Shipping
from dikelas.gr is done in the following ways:
1. You can pick up your order from our
store, provided that you have previously contacted us about the availability of
the products.
The opening
hours of the store during the winter period are: Monday & Wednesday:
09:00-14:00, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday: 09:00-14:00 &
17:30-20:30.
The opening
hours of the shop during the summer period are:
Monday to
Saturday: 09:00-14:00 & 18:00-21:00.

2. By courier of ACS. If the value of your
order is more than 60€, the shipping costs are free of charge.
3. With the courier company ELTA shipping costs are free of charge.
If the
value of your order is more than 60€, the shipping costs are free of charge:
- Please
fill in all the necessary contact and address details in the form for the
correct shipment of the products.
- Please
make sure that all necessary information for the ordering process is provided
in all necessary fields.
- For
products with a volume exceeding 2 kgs, the charges will be +1€/kg. When your
package exceeds 5 kg, it will be shipped by a transport company after agreement
with you.
- In case
there is no availability of the products of your order we will contact you by
phone, in order to make an agreement for the development of your order.
- Orders
will be delivered within 3 working days for major urban centres and within 5
working days for remote areas. In case of adverse
weather conditions or other problems that transport companies may encounter,
there is a possibility of delayed delivery.
- Regarding
the method of payment by bank deposit, the order will be dispatched as soon as
the payment amount appears in the respective bank account of the company.
9. METHODS
OF PAYMENT
Payment at
dikelas.gr is made in the following ways:
- By cash
on delivery: at the time of receipt of the product, at no extra charge.
- By credit
card: The company has taken all necessary measures to ensure the security of
transactions using credit card.
In the
order form it is mandatory to fill in the requested credit card details of the
beneficiary, for which he is the only responsible for the correct recording and
validity of these. The dikelas.gr bears no responsibility in case of illegal
use of credit card.
- Send your
payment to info@dikelas.gr. Send the payment to. Payments are completely secure
and fall under the terms of use and security of PayPal.

10. RETURN
POLICY
The
dikelas.gr accepts returns of products within ten calendar days from the day of
dispatch of the order to the customer. In the event that dikelas.gr is not at
fault, the transport costs are borne by the customer. In order for the return
of the product to be approved, the following conditions must apply:
- The
product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging, where
the customer received it.
- Any
logos, labels or stickers that may be present on the product must not have been
removed.
- In order
to return the product, it must be accompanied by the corresponding proof of
purchase, e.g. receipt, invoice.
If the
above conditions are met, dikelas.gr will proceed to replace the product.
Clarifications:
In case of
no fault of dikelas.gr, any shipping and replacement costs of the order are not
calculated in the refunded amount.
In case of
no fault of dikelas.gr in orders where no shipping costs were charged, when the
amount is returned the cash on delivery (where applicable) and shipping costs
will be charged.
In case the
customer wishes to use a different company from those cooperating with
dikelas.gr then the shipping costs are borne by the customer and the dikelas.gr
store reserves the right not to receive the parcel.
In the case
of using the product or altering their original packaging, the return is not
accepted.
Before
returning the product you must contact the dikelas.gr store.
If the
product is not returned before the product is used, the customer must first
contact the Dikelas shop before sending the product.
If you have
previously called the dikelas.gr store, you pack and send the package with the
product with the partner shipping company. Inside the package you will have
placed a note in which you notify us of the problem that has arisen with the
returned product if the product meets the conditions for return. If the package
arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product
will not be accepted as explained in detail above. It will be returned to the
customer and the transport costs will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation
or Modification of Order
An order
may be cancelled or modified at any time, except where the order has already
been delivered to the courier company. In this case, the customer is obliged to
receive the order and then proceed with the return procedure as described
above.
In cases of
cancellation or modification of an order that has not yet been shipped, the
buyer can contact dikelas.gr in time by email or by calling 22240-25765 and one
of our associates will undertake the cancellation of your order.
11. Price
policy

store dikelas.gr reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to
the customer.

responsibility.
The
user/customer agrees and undertakes to use the services, information and data
of dikelas.gr online store as provided by law and based on the rules of good
faith and morality.
The orders
through the online store dikelas.gr are distance sales contracts, which are
governed by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994 (as it is currently in force)
and the amendments referred to in PD 131/2003 (Government Gazette A'
116/16.05.2003) and the adaptation of Greek legislation to the Directive
2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011, on
consumer rights, amending Council Directive 93/13/EEC and Directive 1999/44/EC

European Parliament and of the Council.
The user
has the right to conclude a valid order through the online store, provided that
he/she is legally competent to act in accordance with the provisions of the
Greek Civil Code (provided that he/she has reached the age of eighteen and is
not subject to legal representation for the conclusion of a sales contract).
Orders may also be placed by legal representatives of legal entities.
The company reserves the
right to claim the return from the supervisor or guardian of any orders placed
by legally incompetent persons.
